CONNECT FIELDS…

When you invoke this command from the DRAW menu, it prompts you to click on two fields. It then draws a jogged line connecting the centers of the two fields clicked. The order in which you click the two fields is unimportant. If the fields have borders or deep shadows, the connecting line will appear above the border or shadow.  This feature is useful for constructing organization charts and flow charts.  It looks best with bordered or deep shadowed rectangle fields.

If you use the command button instead of the menu, no prompt will be given.
